Does anyone have a means of calculating a sliding scale for fee for services?
This really appeals to me, but I don't know how to make it fair and what to
use as it's criteria. Do you base it on income and number of dependents or
just a hard luck story? I do discount my service to WIC moms, but I use a
lesser level code for the charge on the superbill. I have heard in coding
workshops that we need to charge the same for each level to establish the
customary fee in our geographical areas. I would appreciate any sharing of
how to do a sliding scale.

Warm regards,
