Michelle, in regards to the FTT baby, has anyone quantified his intake at
breast and are you sure mother's supply is good? The irritibility, jitteriness,
etc. warrent looking into. Have these things resolved with the Nutramigen?
The fact that the baby was HYPOnatremic is unusual. and I'm not sure what you
meant by a potassium of 0.2 (normal range in our lab is (3.5-5.5).

I would evaluate the mother's supply (it was certainly adequate for the
first 2 weeks--but how is it now?) and I would evaluate the baby's intake at
breast with a test wt.

Also, this is kind of a strange thought, but I would consider having her
breast milk tested. Is the mother on any meds? Was she on antidepressants during
pregnancy? Also, the low sodium in the baby is puzzling. Could her milk be
low  in sodium?
