You can point out that studies suggest that HIV is more likely to be
transmitted via the milk in babies who are receiving some formula as well.
They are less likely to become infected if mom is exclusively breastfeeding.
The theory is that the formula causes enough gut irritation that the virus
can enter more easily.

Yes--I would think the CDC would be credible enough!
