do you know whether focus groups have been used to explore the
effect of emphasizing exclusive BF for 6 months in a society without
universal maternity leave?

The Ad Council is made up of marketing experts. We breastfeeding
advocates are too gentle and don't want to hurt anyone's feeling, which makes us less
effective at getting a strong message across.
