Formula may not be specifically mentioned in the material, but the formula
company certainly is.  I believe it is just the DVD-ROM portion of NRP that
is affiliated with Mead Johnson.  If you have the current book, 5th edition
2006, look in the back cover, where the DVD-ROM envelope is.  It states very
specifically who the sponsors are, and Mead Johnson is listed.  More
specifically, it says, "Supported by an educational grant from Mead Johnson
Nutritionals".  And when you pop the DVD-ROM into your computer, the MJ logo
appears on the screen.
