What a gutsy woman. Bravo.  Since she was willing to conceive and carry
to term, it is evident she may be operating from a personal sense of
autonomy.  Was she supported by the literature in saying it was safe to
become pregnant?  If none is found to support the breastfeeding I would
use the same approach.  Maybe this is one case that will contribute to
our literature!
