Hi Barbara
The issue is not whether or not a company offers a product that falls within
the scope of the Code for sale.  A company is perfectly within its rights to
offer such products for sale and the Code has nothing to say about that.
The COde addresses the marketing and promotion of these products.  Medela's
crime is not adding bottles/teats to its product range.  It is advertising
them (to mothers).
Hope this helps to clear up the conusion.
