I am starting to work on a policy for the use of a nipple shield for prem
babies and also fullterm infants. Has anyone developed a policy that they
would like to share with me?  My fear is that it will open pandora's box and
we will see them used when they should not be implemented. They are a tool
that can help and hinder. I would appreciate your words of wisdom from
centers that have developed and implemented nipple shield policies.
