OMG... what a bloody nonsense... :-(
Heather, where on earth do you find this kind of rubbish...?
"When you let your baby suck before the milk comes in, you will damage your
breasts."
"Some mothers don't have foremilk and hindmilk. If you feed at the same time
every day, you will have hindmilk."
If you feed too often, they will get watery milk that refluxes.
Feed on routine, and you will get creamy milk.
Demand feeding can be dangerous."
Presenter: "Life isn't easy and neither are babies."

Heather, will you please be gently with our blood pressures...?
We all look forward to a well earned summer holiday! hahaha

Bye,

Marianne Vanderveen IBCLC, Netherlands
