And, my dear friends, just to add a bit to the discussion (in which I stand with Morgan), using powdered, cow or plant based formula or fortifier isn't per definition the only or even best way to provide premies with their extra nutritional needs.There are also mom's own engeneered milk or human milk based fortifier.
