There's a wonderful poster with glasses of  the different milks showing the 
different colours, that I've seen,  I have a feeling it is from Scotland.
Interesting  that Beestings is still used in Finland in cooking,  I have a 
book which uses it as an ingredient  - I think [can't find it at present] it 
says you  use it instead of eggs
