Just a thought... back when this thread started, it was mentioned that if this pollutant is found in breastmilk, then mothers may be told "not to breastfeed, just in case". 
However, it was also mentioned that this has infiltrated the water supply. So, wouldn't the formula also contain it (probably at higher levels than breastmilk?), if it has been mixed with water?? Of course, moms could use ready to feed formula and/or bottled water, but my guess is most use powdered mixed with tap water.
