Hi Ilene
We - Spanish speaking breastfeeding supporters and professionals - have an
additional resource on medications and breastfeeding, a webpage maintained
by the Hospital Marina Alta, Denia, Spain. This webpage has been created
by Dr José María Paricio, a pediatrician that supports breastfeeding, and
is maintained by a group of professionals. THEY HAVE A VERSION IN ENGLISH
(sorry for yelling, just wanted to emphasize in a text only mail agent).
You can find information in the webpage
http://www.e-lactancia.org/ingles/inicio.asp

According to this page, Imuran (Aziothropine) is compatible with
breastfeeding (references provided)

I regularly use this resource together with Hale and LactMed. It is very
useful.

Best regards

Veronica
