Just an idea but have you ruled out inflammatory breast cancer.  I had a
friend who all of a sudden had this rash and inflammation  on her  left
breast, and over the course of 2 1/2 months she saw numerous  docs
including a couple of a dermatologist one who  ultimately diagnosed it
by saying this looks like inflammatory breast cancer which it was.
