I also can't keep my mouth shut. Please find the definitive regerences,
kathryn. The sutures do get smaller as a person ages but continue to be
present and serve a special function of messenger from bone to bone. I have
seen slides that show the different tissues from bone to suture and these
fibers have special jobs. The cranial bones do not fuse. Period. That is old
news and even the AMA acknowledged this about two years ago although the
european doctors have acknowledged it for quite some time.

Dr. Upledger is not a guru. He is a doc who just pursued an interest and took
osteopathic manipulative medicine to a new level. people who take the
Upledger institute courses are not his "followers". They are doctors, nurses,
pts, ot, lCs and other health professionals who see merit in the modality
that he did not originate but has championed.
