I have permission to post. Exclusively BF mom notices an odor from her body when she is ready to nurse. She says she can smell it on her shirt, nursing pads, but does not smell it in her milk when she pumps. She says the baby makes a face when she puts him to the breast, so now she washes off every time before she nurses. He has no problem nursing. She says her mom can smell it as well. Does not take any meds. Started back on PNV, but mom says she noticed the odor before she started on PNV. Mom is too embarrassed to ask her doctor about this. Any ideas about what may be causing this?
