It was my understanding that there were "studies" done that compared
breastmilk from women in different countries, eating different foods and
having a different quality of diet and that the breastmilk from these
women was virtually the same...leading to the conclusion: nature designed
baby to get what baby needs regardless of the moms diet.
I don't know the studies or if this is just something that has been
passed down with no backup, can anyone verify?
