No valid reason, ask for another ENT ASAP!  He obvivously thinks he "has
to" anesthetize the baby to clip frenulum and doesn't want to anesthetize a
little baby for something as "simple" as clipping a frenulum.  Duh, if it's
so simple, just do it!   Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
