Hello everyone!

Does anyone know of any good online references or support groups for
Lactation Amenorrhea/Method? Does Sheila Kippley ever field questions
herself via email, or is she on the list?

My question is regarding my own situation. I am exclusively breastfeeding a
10.5 month old on demand, and my period returned three times already (once
at 5 months postpartum, once 50 days later, and the last one 34 days later
for only two days.)

Now I am on day 83 of this cycle (my last period for two days was on
8-26-08) and I am wondering if my exclusive breastfeeding could be delaying
or extending my periods?

Any suggestions about what to search for topic wise in the archives or
online would be greatly appreciated.

Oh, right-- and I'm not pregnant, of course ;-)

Thank you all, and blessings of the season to everyone,

Alysha Jones

the Azores, and it's really quite mild and raining slightly...oh well.)
