Hi there- both of my children have eczema.  I found what works best for their 
skin is bathing every other night, using dove for sesitive skin (unscented), and 
applying a thick moisturizer after their baths. (I use Aveeno Baby cream with 
the navy cap)  Since we live in Minnesota, fall and winter are always rough.  
When they have severe patches I use aquaphor ointment and that usually 
helps quite a bit.  Hope this helps!
