I have mentioned before that the Breastflow nipple (by First Years) seems to 
work very well. According to the information given on the website, it is the 
only nipple that requires suction and compression. I have seen a cojuple of 
babies use them and they seem to be much more natural than even the 
Avent. They are only sold at Babies R Us and I am assuming, Jennifer, since 
you are working with her, that she can get to the store pretty easily.
