Best Start in Florida has some wonderful 30 second PSAs on breastfeeding.  I
have them already, and in fact have contacted our local affiliates for the
major networks and asked if they would play them.

The problem is that no one said yes, but no one said no!  They all said,
"Send us the tape and we'll preview it, and then decide whether or not to
play it."  That would all be fine, but the tape format they require is
hundreds of dollars per tape, and it's hard to spend that much money not
knowing if you're wasting your money!

I have had better success with one of the most popular radio stations in the
area (80% female listening audience, most of whom are childbearing age), who
did agree to play a breastfeeding PSA, complete with our nonprofit
organization's name and website address.  It must be 20 seconds or less, and
it cannot be pre-produced.  I will just write the text and they will produce
it.  But they'll only put it on the air ONCE!  They do guarantee to play it
between 9am and 9pm, so at least people are likely to hear it!
