As promised, I have created a photo tutorial to illustrate a simple method
I described for hands-free breast pumping using elastic ponytail bands.  My
apologies that the photos and my "model" are less than ideal, as is the
webpage format.  But I think the illustrations and instructions are
adequate to communicate the idea.
