Wendy,

Have you made sure that it is the baby finishing  the feeding and not the
mom?  Lots of times that can happen, resulting in lower weight gain.  Make
sure to ask her if she is clock watching - she may be taking baby off before
he can get the hindmilk.

Also make sure that the baby has had a workup done to r/o medical/metabolic
problems.
