I agree.  I  had a mom who for 6 weeks had a very low milk
production.During this time   the baby almost a FTT when at 6 weeks she had
a major bleed and they  found out at the D &C she had a  tiny piece of
retained placenta and then wow did then volume increase following the D &
C.
