I would like to correct Jan Cornfoot who indicated that charges would apply
to announce conferences on the ILCA website, unless from an ILCA Affiliate -
this is NOT the case since any event as long as it complies with ILCA's
Advertising Policy can be announced for FREE in the 'World Wide Calendar'.

The statement below is taken directly from the open side of the website.
Currently there are over 40 upcoming events already listed for 2005.
http://www.ilca.org/conference/conferencelistings.php

"The International Lactation Consultant Association (ILCA) invites you to
list your event on its Worldwide Education Calendar (WWC). The ILCA website
draws thousands of IBCLCs and other healthcare professionals each month.

Basic listing, including date, title, sponsor, location, and contact
information is FREE!

For $100, a hyperlink to sponsor's website may be added.
For $100 a 100-word description may be added.

Please note that listings, including the optional description and hyperlink
are FREE for ILCA affiliates."

Please use the WWC and refer others to the ILCA website. The ILCA Board is
continuing to increase and improve services for all professionals interested
in lactation. Your ILCA membership directly helps to achieve these goals.
ILCA is both a registered non profit and a designated NGO.
