Hi Peggy,
This subject just came up last week and I posted about it then.  But, what i 
learned at  the ILCA conference that can occasionally happen is that the 
breast ducts develope inside the breast.  So there should have been some 
breast changes, however, in some women the ducts never reach the nipple 
opening.  How sad.  The milk is in there but cannot get out.  I have no idea 
if this could be happening to your client, but I thought i would send you the 
post so perhaps you could rule it out by ultrasound.  I don't know if it is 
possible to do this or not.  ie. Would ultrasound be able to dectect ducts 
with "dead" ends or not.
