Another method which is extremely effective in geting rid of yeast as well
as the  acidophilus..... now this may sound strange but works extremely
well..... is after a shower/bath get a hair dryer and dry the vaginal area
with the dryer.... the yeast cant survive in dry areas, and is soothing if
there is any itching or burning sensations.
