I have attended a conference with Paula Meier and am interested in helping one of our NICU Mom's with a 750 gram baby do hindmilk feedings.  I understand how to do the creamatocrit, but how do these percentages convert to calories?  He is now on 27 cal breastmilk and the MD's would like to advance to 30 cal.  I need to know how to figure how many calories are in her hind milk so we know how much more to add.  Please offer any assistance to me directly as I am presently nomail.  Thank you,
