How long can freshly expressed (pumped-not previously refrigerated)
colostrum or breast milk be left at room temperature at your
institution?

Here at our hospital, we have a time limit of 1 hour. Is this
consistent with what your hospitals practice?

At our hospital it is 4 hours--and that is?very conservative. One hour was obviously set by someone who knows very little about mother's milk!
