I am a hospital based RN and  IBCLC.  I recently had parents request my services in their home post discharge. I'm not really set up to do that yet (insurance, etc) so I would love to refer them to a Boston area LC who does home visits.  Their baby was born at 32+ weeks and was recently discharged to home from Special Care Nursery.
They would work well with a very patient, encouraging, back-to-basics LC as they work to transition from the nursing/bottles/pumping routine to more direct feeds at the breast.
Please email me off-list at [log in to unmask]
Many thanks!Jess Sattler RN, IBCLC
