I have a Williamsburg Stieff pewter paladai / pap boat that looks like
those on the 2nd page of this collection.

It is easier to search them out when you use the term 'pap boat' in your
search engine. They can be a bit pricey, but those of you who have creative
skills with clay or porcelain could make your own, as has already been
suggested. Mine measures 4 1/4" long, 2 5/8" across the bowl and 7/8" deep,
all by outside measures. The interior depth is 3/4". The long spout or lip
is very shallow at the tip, making it easy for baby to lick, slurp or suck
the milk up.
