I had posted the original message about the Dr's comments.  I do realize that 
babies can produce drops of milk, and that men can produce some milk as well. 
 The inaccurate comments that the pediatrician made were not about the 
ability to produce milk.  I listed those comments, because those are the ones the 
neonatologist keeps bringing up.  Sorry for the confusion.  I thought it best to 
leave off the inaccurate comments, as those aren't really where I'm 
experiencing the difficulty now.  Susan Manore, IBCLC
