There was a comment on how the baby couldn't be bouncing off the implant.
I didn't say bounce off the implant, but off the areola (see quote from
my post below). If you could see it in person, it would be clearer. I've
seen it in at least 4 mothers who were very full and had implants. The
mother has to keep the baby to the breast with a certain amount of
pressure to keep him on until some milk is removed. It's similar to
latching with engorgement, where the baby can't stay on-except the breast
is bouncy instead of firm.

difficulty
latching when full. The fullness + implants can make the baby almost
bounce off the areola. Sometimes the silicone wont "give" enough for the
mouth to compress the areola.>>
