I tell mom's about pumping on one side in the morning during the babies
first feed. If possible after the  baby's longest stretch of sleep.
Switch which breast each morning and do it every morning. This doesn't
help the decreased milk at work but it can take some of the preassure
off. Some mom's get 4 onces this way.
