I need a little help for a mom who had a terrible crush injury to her right arm in 1998. She has been on a Fentanyl dermal patch, 100 mcg qod since that time. Baby is in the NICU, with low apgars (3,6,6) c/s for breech.  I gave neo info from Hale, page 264 on Fentanyl...one neo was going to let her breastfeed today, a new neo came on and won't let her due to info from PDR (!). I need any references ya'll may have, we are going to have her continue to pump another 24 hrs (until "other" neo off duty), and then hope she'll be able to nurse.
