hello breast friends,

i have a mother with thrush taking quetiapine (seroquel). i understand  
that eating grapefruit and grapefruit products are contraindicated  
when using this medication. my question is, does that include the use  
of grapefruit seed extract for thrush? and if so, does that extend to  
topical use on the nipples only, as well? thanks for any replies and  
insight!
