Dear Brenda,

I think you also might want to rule out other causes of dizziness which can
show up when mom (or anyone) is under stress. This might include imbalances
in the fluid in the inner ear, which is something I suffer from, and which
became worse when I was under a lot of stress, not eating well, and keeping
too hectic a pace. There might also be some other causes of this symptom not
related to breastfeeding, but related to stress and change, which new moms
certainly have enough of. As to getting worse at night, my own symptoms get
worse when I change positions quickly without giving my body enough time to
get re-oriented. I could see this happening when mom lays down.
