My last two cases of SUPER THRUSH (does that come with a cape;-) - That did
not respond in the first 4 days of treatment, I had cultured.  Both came
back with bacteria that was multi drug resistant-- started on right
antibiotics and moms were feeling better in 4 days of a 21 day treatment.  
I have so much success with gentian violet and diflucan, diet changes and
most importantly environmental cleaning that when things are getting worse i
start jumping to zebras!!  I was a CD and TB nurse for years, the whole
basis for which is:  if things are not getting better, we need to treat
another way.  I can't wait to hear what others have to say-- these types of
cases are always frustrating  and that some had it for over 9 months!!  WOW--
