This sounds like a baby problem, not a mother problem. Babies who suck three
times and fall asleep have a VERY BAD suck response. Consider getting her
pumping to support supply, feed baby with another device (I recommend cup;
finger-feeding can be useful; at this point use anything that will assure
good milk intake) and get someone to thoroughly assess this baby's suck and
CNS status.
