I have had a little experience with Chinese moms. From what I can tell, on average they tend to have the mindset that they are not able to produce enough milk to meet the baby's needs. I would say, the best way to support them is to educate, educate, educate. And try to get their family and partners involved in the education process. The more they know and the more they are reassured that they are making enough, the more confident they feel in breastfeeding exclusively. Be patient and use a lot of grace as it's a very slow process in changing the mentality. Thank you for doing your part in supporting the breastfeeding culture. :)
