I need information so I can help a pregnant woman who has had stomach
reduction surgery.  I think it's a gastric bypass she had.  This woman was
adimant that she would breastfeed when she found out that she was pregnant.
Now, she has learned that she is having twins and that one of them has a
foot deformity that will require special attention.  This woman is concerend
about a myriad of things as you can imagine.   She is convinced that with
her small stomach (about the size of a golf ball) that she will not be able
to take in enough food and nurishment for herself and produce a full milk
supply for twins.

Do any of you have experience helping moms in this situation?  Do you have
any information/ literature that would be helpful?
