Lactase drops are fairly readily available here in the US. Do you need some
sent? They're marketed under the brand name Lact-Aid, which makes
more-readily-available chewable tablets as well. Secondarily, I suppose the
mom could take lactase *tablets*, grind them, mix them with milk to
dissolve, and make her own drops (or a slurry that she could spoon-feed).
