This is not a Halloween story but amazing none the less!  I was wondering
how others have dealt with this situation.

I have seen some very interesting clinical situations but this one moves to
the top of the list.  A women with large (about 1/8" in diameter)
montgomery tubercles.  About 15 years ago a dr. even removed one which
often became irritated.  I have seen lactating mothers with "drippy" ones
but these when "expressed" produced cheesy spaghetti lengths of coagulated
milk.  Others had black heads which the mother explained come right back
once removed and that type of manipulation makes them very sore.  The
mother has mastitis secondary to a plugged duct as well as the tubercles
becoming irritated.
