I don't think I would send something anonymously. I might talk to the 
person if we have a personal interaction, or send a note saying "I 
happen to be a lactation consultant and I couldn't help but notice, I 
hope you don't mind the intrusion, I want to give you some resources in 
case this is making life more difficult for you, or if your children are 
affected."

Then again, I'm a chicken sometimes. The previous seminary intern at my 
church had a terrible speech articulation deficit that sounded like it 
could stem from tt, but I never got up the courage to speak to him about 
it. Might have if my attendance were better (traveling so much makes me 
feel like an outsider there).

I do, however, look at the tongue attachments of parents of infants I see.
