Just some thoughts:
Is she washing her breasts, nipples frequently (not needed)?
Does the baby have any signs of mouth thrush/yeast?
Is she pumping several minutes past the last drop of milk (sometimes
recommended 2 minutes past the last drop)?
Has she considered lubricating with olive oil, coconut oil ?
Does she have skin prone to any dermatological problems like eczema,
psoriasis?
