I have had great success with a homeopathic combination made by homeopath
in California. I got her name awhile back from a posting on another
listserve by a California LC for whom she originally made the tincture. I order
it in bulk and sell it to interested moms with directions for use. I was
impressed with this homeopath as she suggests both mom and baby take the
remedy considering them as a unit. I have received positive feedback from
moms who do use it and it can be used prior to stretching which needs to be
done 5-8x/day for both lingual and labial releases. I have suggested to moms
and dads to do the stretching before a diaper change when baby is often
crying at being laid down since this already provides an open mouth so under
the tongue stretching is easier. Obviously, hands of the parent must be
clean thus before the diaper area is touched. And not all babies cry when
placed on their back but for those who do it works well and then there's also
the reminder to do the stretches often enough.

I'll be happy to provide the homeopath's contact info. And my gratitude
to the LC who originally posted her experience with this remedy.
