I was the one who said the tongue tip should touch the roof of the mouth 
when the baby cries to rule out tongue tie.
This is what Dr. Coryllos and I have determined from the hundreds of 
tongue tied kids we've seen. Now we're busy doing an ultrasound study to 
correlate tongue movements during sucking with tongue mobility in tongue 
tied infants before and after treatment.
