Does anyone have any information or can point me to where I can find
information on breastfeeding a baby who has a protein breakdown
problem? I don't have the specific amino acids that the baby is
having problems with, but hope to within the next 36 hours. I am
just starting to do some research to see what I can find.

They know that the baby can't eat eggs so they are starting there.
If the mom were to go on a special diet could bf resume possibly?
Are there any case studies done on this. This baby has had lots of
problems all along and only started to really show problems when
solids were introduced. Baby is almost 14 months old and was almost
exclusively bf up until a few weeks ago when the doctors insisted on
high protein foods (eggs, beans, meat.)

I'm no mail on both TLC and Lactnet, so please reply privately also.
TIA!

Michelle

Then sigh not so, but let them go,
And be you blithe and bonny,
Converting all your sounds of woe
     Into Hey nonny, nonny.
