I also had a patient with what sounded like the same problem this
weekend. I looked at the nipples and thourght that it looked like
excema, and she said that she had seen a dernatologist who
thought the same thing.
I said breast feed and we will see what happens. No harm to the
baby but sore nipples became an issue. Gave her some lansoh, baby
had great latch. She went home with the name of a local lc so
I will not have any update would love to know how your lady makes
out.
